Brendan serves as a Managing Partner at Arcadia Street Capital. Brendan is responsible for asset performance, operations, capital raising and investor relations. Brendan has led over $200 million of multifamily transactions spanning over 2,000 units.
Prior to Arcadia Street Capital, Brendan spent over 6 years in capital markets at the financial technology startups Prosper, Upgrade, and GoodLeap where he led teams who raised a combined $20+ billion in capital from institutions spanning the investor universe.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside of the office Brendan can be found riding his motorcycle through the San Francisco bay area and trailing Benjamin by twenty shots on the golf course.
Ben serves as a Managing Partner at Arcadia Street Capital. Ben is responsible for sourcing acquisitions from identification to close, including underwriting, due diligence, macro and micro-level market analysis, property-level performance analysis, and broker/investor relations.
Previously, Ben served as a Managing Director of the Miller Frishman Group; a mid level private equity firm based in Denver focused on U.S. Class A multifamily investments. Ben has led over $500M of transactions and successfully led the acquisition, financing, and disposition of over 3,000 units.
Prior to joining the Miller Frishman Group, Ben worked as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for The Walsh Group, a multi-billion-dollar contractor based in Chicago. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Denver. Outside of the office Ben is usually on the golf course furthering his pursuit to becoming a scratch golfer.
Bill Pearse serves as President for Blue Canyon Property Management, where he leads portfolio operations. He has over nineteen years of industry experience, including property management, new construction and large structural rehabs.
Prior to entering real estate, Bill established a record of performance across seven privately-backed technology companies. As COO of MedVenture Technology Corp he drove the organization to be recognized as one of INC. Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” and was central to the awarding of the "Entrepreneur of the Year” award by Ernst & Young. Bill has been an executive at three acquired companies, including the sale of MedVenture to global giant Freudenberg Medical.
His career started as an IBM engineer and continued with a successful career in IBM’s sales and marketing division. Bill holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
Kyle serves as the Director of Development for Blue Canyon Property Management. Kyle’s day-to-day work ranges across all aspects of the development cycle including financial analysis, acquisitions due diligence, and project management.
Kyle is an expert with nearly 10 years of experience, having served as a Building Inspector for Louisville Metro covering all permitted work from HVAC installations to ground-up construction as well as a Project Manager for the seven-state Midwest division of Sears Home Services.
Kyle is ICC licensed and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
Dilshani Ranasinghe serves as Controller for Blue Canyon Property Management. Dilshani is a senior accountant who most recently spent 6 years at Schulte Hospitality Group where she advanced to a regional controller position for the firm.
Dilshani holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, as well as a Masters in Finance and MBA from Indiana University.
Outside of the office, Dilshani loves to go hiking and is an avid traveler.
